FY 24 Treatment Services Pre-Solicitation Notice

 

The U.S. Probation Office for the Central District of Illinois is currently soliciting treatment providers for fiscal year 2024, with services beginning January 1, 2024.  We are looking for providers of substance abuse treatment and drug test collection services.  These services will be procured using Blanket Purchase Agreements.  Providers must respond timely to solicitation deadlines and clearly show that (1) they can provide services, (2) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience in such treatment, and (3) prices of such treatment shall be as low as or lower than those charged to the treatment provider’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.  Please note those instances wherein multiple counties are referenced as a catchment area, the vendor must only have one site somewhere within one of the counties identified as the catchment area.  The Central District of Illinois is currently soliciting for services in the following geographical areas:

Interested treatment providers should submit a letter of interest to Senior U.S. Probation Officer Kelly McConkey, at ILCP_Treatment_Services@ilcp.uscourts.gov, or via mail to the United States Probation Office located at 100 NE Monroe, 314 Federal Building, Peoria, Illinois, 61602.  Interested providers will receive notification when the Request for Proposals (RFP) have been posted on the U. S. Probation web page at www.ilcp.uscourts.gov (under Client Treatment).

The United States Probation Office for the Central District of Illinois intends to procure treatment services for persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements for the following:

Substance Abuse Treatment and Drug Testing Collection

Substance Abuse Treatment and Drug Testing: required services may include, but are not limited to, urinalysis collection, assessments, substance abuse cognitive based counseling (individual, group, and/or family).
