FY2027 Solicitation Announcement – June 18, 2026
The United States Probation Office for the Central District of Illinois intends to procure treatment services for persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for services beginning October 1, 2026. The total duration of the BPA, including the exercise of four 12-month options, shall not exceed 60 months. BPAs are being solicited for the following:
Sex Offender Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, sex offense-specific evaluations, counseling (individual, group, and/or family), and specialized treatment (individual and group) for pretrial defendants charged with a sex offense.
