Due to mold infestation at the U.S. Courthouse in Rock Island, Illinois, and a Special Sessions order signed by Chief U.S. District Court Judge James Shadid on September 26, 2018, as of October 29, 2018, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, Rock Island Division, is holding court at the United States Courthouse in the Southern District of Iowa at 131 East 4th Street in Davenport, Iowa. In addition, the U.S. Probation Office, Rock Island Division, is temporarily closed, however, U.S. Probation staff for the Rock Island Division can be contacted at 309-793-5784. All mail for the Rock Island Division should be sent to the Peoria Division at 100 N.E. Monroe Street, Room 314, Peoria, Illinois 61602.
